Position Title

Sales Specialist (Bulk/Refiling) (Preferable Omani)

Description

This position is responsible for providing a broad range of administrative support to the team in assigned projects and day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales & Marketing Manager in Business Development and sales activities to obtain orders.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with the existing and new client.
• Arranging meetings with potential clients, to prospect for new business.
• Assist the Sales & Marketing Manager in sales and marketing activities as directed.
• Draft policies to promote products and services under the direction of the manager.
• Organize workshops and meetings key stakeholder, customers and with advertising and promotion managers as directed.
• Follow-up with customers regarding outcome of competitive bids. Obtain reasons for failure wherever possible and report to the Sales Manager.
• Be responsible for payment collections for various customers.
• Update and follow-up payment tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business administration or any other relevant with more than 3 years of experience.
• Must be alert, strive for accuracy, and have ability to exercise independent thinking and judgment, be a self- motivator, and attention to detail.
• Integrity, discretion and loyalty
• Negotiation skills (Advance)
• Computer skills (Advance)
• English Language (Speaking & Writing) (Advance)
